Commissioner Calls District Heads For Submitting Replies On Cases Pending In Courts

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Nov, 2016 ) : The Commissioner Hyderabad, Qazi Shahid Pervez has asked all deputy commissioners and district heads of provincial government departments to submit their replies of the cases which were pending in the courts in order to avert delay in decisions.
Presiding over a meeting here Thursday, the Commissioner Hyderabad informed that Sindh government had formed Litigation Committees for guiding and providing legal assistance to departments in order to remove complications in the cases and early decisions on pending cases so that people could not experience any delay in completion of development schemes which launched by the government for their welfare.
He also directed them to complete all legal formalities before submitting the government property in the record of revenue and if they found encroachment at any government property, the same should be removed with immediate effect.
The divisional heads of all provincial departments also briefed the commissioner regarding the cases of their respective departments which were scheduled for hearing in the courts of law.
