ISLAMABAD (Pakistan Point News / Online - 08th April, 2019) Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed bail plea of PPP Shikarpur district president Allah Dino due to withdrawal of his plea.A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Azmat Saeed took up the case for hearing Monday.The counsel for petitioner told the court that Allah Dino Bhayon was holding no direct public office. His client is facing charges involving minor money. If court wants then we can deposit Rs 4 million as guarantee.
Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan remarked " Allah Dino is alleged that he could not explain his position on the availability of Rs 4 million in his bank account. NAB is of view that the amount available in the account was taken as bribe from different contracts.Justice Azmat Saeed remarked if the petitioner wants to pay Rs 4 million then he should return it through plea bargain. If the petitioner withdraws its petition then we order for completing the trial early.The court dismissed the petition on the request of the counsel for the petitioner for withdrawing the petition and disposed of the matter by directing the accountability court to complete the trial soon.
