8 Drug-pushers Held, 10-kg Charas Seized

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Nov, 2016 ) : The district police arrested eight drug-pushers and seized more than 10-kg charas during the last 24 hours. On the directions of CPO Afzal Ahmed Kausar, Chak Jhumra police arrested Wasim Abbas and Tahir and seized 2.5-kg charas.

Millat Town police held Liaqat Ali and Wasim and seized more than 3.

5-kg charas, Nishatabad police nabbed one Farooq with more than 1.3-kg charas, Batala Colony police arrested Tanveer and seized more than one kilogram charas, Saddar police held Naveed with more than one-kg charas and Tandlianwala police apprehended a drug-peddler Shahbaz and recovered 1-kg charas from his hideout.

Separate cases were registered against the accused, police said.
