Matric exams under Army surveillance suggested to curb cheating

Helpless over the massive cheating in Matric exams, the Sukkur Commissioner has now recommended holding annual exams under the surveillance of army.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 8th April, 2019) The Matric exams held under Sukkur board have concluded with reports of massive cheating.

Keeping the cheating incidents in view, Commissioner Sukkur Rafique Ahmed Buriro has requested to hold exams under the invigilation of Army officers.

Media reports said that the commissioner suggested installing CCTV cameras in examination centres.

Helpless over the massive cheating in Matric exams, the Sukkur Commissioner has now recommended holding annual exams under the surveillance of army.

He further suggested to suspend mobile phone service near examination centres besides banning cell phones, tablets and other electronic gadgets inside the centre.

The matriculation exams conducted in Sindh became a joke as one after the other paper was leaked to the students.

The matriculation exams were held in Sindh with reports of massive cheating at various centres, particularly in interior Sindh.

Cheating was reported in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah, Khairpur and other districts of the province, where students used mobile phones and other means to cheat the examination.

The mathematics paper of matric exams conducted under Sukkur Board was leaked on social media while English and Chemistry papers were also leaked.

Meanwhile, the Chemistry paper of Matric exams was also leaked in Ghotki. The paper was available at the photocopy shop before it even began.
