ECP constitutes tribunal for bye-election PP-78 Jhang-II

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Nov, 2016 ) : Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) with the approval of the President has nominated two judges of Lahore High Court as Tribunal for bye-election from PP-78 Jhang-II.

According to a notification issued by ECP on Thursday, the commission has nominated Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan and Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza as tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officer rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for bye-election from constituency PP-78 Jhang-II.
