Minister Inaugurates School At Kohat

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Nov, 2016 ) : Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Elementary and Secondary Education, Muhammad Atif Khan Thursday inaugurated six-room Primary school completed with an estimated cost of Rs.
13.4 million at Muhammad Zai Kohat.
Addressing the ceremony, Muhammad Atif said that for the first time in history, a handsome allocation of 28 percent has been made for education sector while 17 billion rupees were being spent on upgradation of schools in various areas of the province.
He informed that Online Action Management System has been introduced to ensure attendance of teachers. He said furniture for 1.4 students have been provided. The minister said that 40 thousands teachers have been recruited in a fair and transparent way which is an accomplishment on part of provincial government to improve education sector in KP.
He also announced play areas and IT laboratories for educational institutions.
