NAB Files Reply To SHC In Ex-MPA's Bail Application Case

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2016 ) : The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Wednesday submitted its reply to the Sindh High Court (SHC) against former member of provincial assembly Ghulam Qadir Palijo for allegedly amassing assets more than his income and adjourned the hearing till November 29.

An SHC bench headed by Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto heared the protective bail application of former MPA. The NAB prosecutor contended that the former MPA was involved in funds misappropriation and the NAB was going to file a reference against him. Palijo's counsel prayed the court to grant protective bail to his client as he was apprehensive of his arrest.
