7 Paedo Cardiac Diseases Curable Without Bypass

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2016 ) : Executive Director Chuadhry Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology (CPEIC) Dr Rana Altaf said that seven by birth cardiac diseases of Paeds were curable without bypass.
He said that incharge paeds ward Dr Younus along with his colleagues Dr Sohail and Dr treated seven diseases with special training through angio graphy after which the pateint did not need bypass.
He was speaking at the 13th National Conference for Paeds diseases here at CPEIC on Wednesday. Dr Rana Altaf informed the patients were improving after treatment, adding the Punjab government bore the expenses of the treatment.
UHS VC Maj Gen (rtd) Dr Aslam opened the conference. Dr Shakeel Qureshi from London, Dr Masood Sadiq of Children Complex Lahore, Dr kaleem uddin of Karachi Cardiology and others attended the conference.
