Court adjourns hearing of Trauma Centre sine die

KARACHI, Nov 9 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2016 ) : Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of a constitutional petition regarding investigation into embezzlement of Rs 6 billion in Benazir Bhutto Trauma Centre at Civil Hospital.

A division bench headed by Mr.

Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto, adjourned the hearing sine die upon submission of a letter of illness on behalf of Barrister Fayaz Ali, by the Advocate Zafar Ali. The petition on embezzlement was submitted to the trial court by Dr. Nawaz Ali Mallah. Later, the court prorogued the hearing. APP/rap/msk/ati � 19:43/19:45/19:45
