Managers Of 2 Restaurants Arrested For Violation Of Meat-holiday

PESHAWAR, Nov 9 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2016 ) : District administration arrested the managers of famous restaurants for selling meat in violation of meat holiday. On the directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Riaz Khan Mehsud, the Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC), Imran Khan conducted raids on restaurants including Tarsaskun, Ziaqa, Zamzam, Namkeen Tika, Islamia Tika, Charsi Tika and Shinwari restaurants.
The officials of the district administration checked the restaurants and arrested the managers of Ziaqa and Zamzam restaurants for violation of meat holiday. The AAC, Imran Khan has warned all restaurants on University Road against violation of meat-holiday and maintenance of cleanliness.
Otherwise, they will face stern action. Similarly, AAC Bashir Ahmad checked different shops in Gulbahar and Kothwali areas and arrested 9 persons for violation of meat-holiday, profiteering and unhygienic conditions.
