AC Raids On Restaurants, Bakeries

ABBOTTABAD, Nov 27 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2016 ) : Assistant Commissioner Dr. Jahanzeb District Food Controller (DFC) on Wednesday conducted raid on the famous bakers and restaurant and imposed fined for using substandard cooking oil and extremely unhygienic conditions of the kitchens.
On the public grievances Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad raided on Mir Bakers, Hot and Spicy, Saif Restaurant imposed heavy fine of Rs 200000, sized substandard meat, spices, cooking oil, while Lahore Chatkara sealed.
Raiding team found Rats and insects in the kitchen of Lahore Chatkhara and sealed the restaurant.
From two year district administration has started a drive against the bakeries, restaurants, hotels and food points to check their hygienic conditions, during this period dozens of bakeries and restaurants have been sealed and fined due to unhygienic environment.
People have appreciated the raids on famous restaurant, bakery and demanded from district government to permanently resolve the issue of substandard food items and unhealthy environment of the hotels and cookeries.
