Political victimization not accepted in the name of accountability: Bilawal

PPP “Karwan-e-Bhutto” train march starts from Karachi. Bilawal says general elections were massively rigged

LAHORE- (Pakistan Point News- 26th March, 2019) PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that his party believes on accountability but political victimization is not accepted in the name accountability.

Addressing the party workers at Hyderabad Railways Station, he criticized the government for targeting the political opponents. He said the rulers were acting like dictators and were using NAB and other state institutions for political maneuvering.

He claimed the general elections of 2018 were rigged in favor of the PTI. And when despite rigging the desired results could not be achieved, the government started using state institutions to silent the political opponents, he said.

Earlier, the PPP launched “Caravan-i-Bhutto" train march from Karachi to Larkana in connection with the 40th death anniversary of party founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto started the march and recited a poem to pay tribute to the former prime minister and his grandfather Zulfikar Bhutto.
