Hussain Nawaz To Present Trust Deed In Supreme Court

ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 9th Nov, 2016) : Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain Nawaz has said that the beneficial ownership of the offshore entities have been on his name as in accordance with the Trust deed. Hussain Nawaz, who has been named in the controversial Panama Leaks, has stated that he will produce the trust deed as evidence in the apex court on Tuesday. Talking exclusively to private channel, Hussain asserted that the Trust deed holds more significance than the documents of ICJI. Hussain went on to say that the trust deed had been signed many years ago, adding that the trust deed stipulated that Maryam Nawaz was supposed to confer him with the offshore assets.
