LUMHS Announces Schedule For Admissions On Self Finance

HYDERABAD, Nov, 8 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 08th Nov, 2016 ) : The Director Admissions Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences Jamshoro Dr. Ghulam Murtaza Dayo has announced schedule for admission in MBBS/BDS programme under categories of University Educational Assistance programme (UEAP), University Development programes (UDP) and Overseas Pakistanis on Self Finance.

Invited applications from desirous candidates for admissions in 1st year MBBS / BDS Programme under the categories of UEAP/UDP and Overseas Pakistani (Self Finance). He told APP here on Tuuesday only those candidates could submit the applications for admissions on the above categories of self finance, who had already appeared in Entry Test held on November 6th, 2016 at LUMHS.

The applications on plain paper/ prescribed proforma available on the University website, along with photocopy of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of the Vice Chanellor LUMHS, Jamshoro, can be submitted at the Directorate of Admissions from November 16 to November 25, 2016, he added.

He said that the Pay Order/Demand Draft for UEAP should be Rs.464,200 (fees for 1st year), for UDP as Rs.616,000 (fees for 1st year) and for Overseas Pakistani asUS.$.11,550 (fees for 1st year).� If candidate wants to apply simultaneously in both categories UEAP and UDP Self Finance then He / She has to submit two separate Demand Drafts, of Rs.464200/- � and Rs.151,800/-, he said and informed that after selection, the candidate has to submit original Demand Draft along-with five percent of total prescribed fee as government tax.

All admissions on self finance i.e UEAP , UDP and Overseas Pakistanis shall be provided purely / strictly on merit basis, he maintained and advised the candidates that for any informations/query regarding admissions process they should contact the director admissions office and shall be careful from any one else who offer for any help / misquide in the admission process.
