ISLAMABAD, Nov 8 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 08th Nov, 2016 ) : Senate Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat Tuesday directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to probe encroachment on state land by Shifa International Hospital and misuse of a plot allotted to Pakistan Foreign Office Women Association for charity work.
The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Senator Muhammad Talha Mehmood at Parliament House. The committee member Senator Shahi Syed pointed out that Shifa International Hospital management grabbed 2.5 acres CDA land along a nullah, changing its (nullah's) direction and raising illegal constructions on the land.
