Govt Allocates Rs. 3960.703 Mln For FATA Development Schemes

ISLAMABAD, Nov 8 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 08th Nov, 2016 ) : The Federal government has allocated Rs. 3960.703 million for 165 development schemes in Federal Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) during the financial year 2015-16.
Last year, the government had allocated Rs. 3865.706 million for 150 development schemes, said a document of the Ministry of States and Frontier Regions.
In health, the government allocated Rs.
282.50 million for family planning in financial year 2014-15 and Rs.50 million for FATA Health Nutrition Programme. Talking to APP on Tuesday an official of Ministry of States amd Frontier Regions said that the federal government was taking several other steps to improve the living standard of FATA people and announced more incentives soon.
