Imran Khan Discloses Why Sit-in Was Called Off

ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 8th Nov, 2016) : PTI Chairman Imran Khan said a clash was about to take place on Motorway; hence, he directed Pervez Khattak to go back along with workers. While talking to a private channel Khan said that Government stopped the activists from coming and they ordered baton-charge and shelling in response to which activists came to a point of violence. He said that if he didn’t direct him to go back, a serious clash would have been occurred between pashtoons and police. To avoid this chaotic situation he had to take certain measures, which involved calling off the sit-in protest.
