`Revolutionary movements hard to die by deceitful promises'

ISLAMABAD, Nov 8 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 08th Nov, 2016 ) : The joint resistance leadership, in occupied Kashmir, has said that the struggle for freedom is not meant for any economic gains or packages but for the determination of future of millions of humans living in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kahsmir Media Service,The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik held a meeting at Hyderpora in Srinaga. Various issues regarding the freedom struggle and current peoples' resistance movement were discussed during the meeting.

"So-called rulers are pushing Kashmiri youth to the wall by persistently and continuously chocking them," said a statement. The leaders unanimously rejected the statement of the Indian Prime Minister, wherein he said that "Development is the corner stone of Kashmir solution".

The pro-freedom leadership said that revolutionary movements are hard to die by the deceitful promises of monetary benefits and such maneuvering has failed in the past and is sure to fail in future as well.

Leaders further said that these foolish measures are nothing but to confuse students and play a dirty politics with the future and carrier of our budding youth. Leaders also said that the way India and its stooges are hell bent upon squeezing and denying the political space for the pro-freedom voices and ruining the lives of youth by harassing, hunting and maiming them is evident that they are deliberately and willfully pushing them to the path of violence so that they have reasons to crush them under their iron heels.

It was also said in the meeting that during last 120 days, Indian forces massacred over 100 innocents, injured more than 20,000 among whom many hundred have lost their eye sights, thousands have been arrested and booked under draconian Public Safety Act (PSA), property worth millions has been destroyed and vandalized by Indian forces and this ugly reign of terror is still going on.
