Outspoken PTI MNA from Jehlum is likely to be given charge of some other ministry
LAHORE- (Pakistan Point News- 14th March, 2019) Fawad Chaudhry is being removed as Federal information minister, claims a local tv while quoting sources.
The outspoken minister, said the report, will be given charge of some other ministry.
It is also being claimed that Babar Awan likely to be appointed as an advisor on information and broadcasting. He, however, will be appointed on the key post once he got clearance from Nandipur Power Project corruption case in which he along with former prime minister Raja Parvez Ashraf and government officials was already indicted.
The report claimed that Fawad is being removed due to his cold war with PM Special Assistant on Political Affairs Naeemul Haq. Both had exchanged barbs over the issue of appointment of ptv MD. The prime minister office later put weight on the side of Naeem, ending Information Ministry’s authority in the appointment of the PTV MD.
