Sports Medicine Course

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2016 ) - Punjab Olympic Association is holding three-day course on Sports Medicine from tomorrow, Tuesday from in the conference room of Sports board Punjab.
Sports medicine experts will deliver the lectures during the useful activity which will create awareness about the negative impact of use stamina enhancing drugs.
"There is worldwide concern about the menace of doping in sports and Pakistan is no exception.
In fact, countries like Pakistan are more vulnerable to dangers and lethal consequences of doping because of lack of awareness about the said dangers," said a spokesman of POA on Monday. Zulfiqar Ahmad Ghumman, Director General Sport Board Punjab will be Chief Guest at the Opening Ceremony of the course which will be attended by coaches from all Provincial Sports Associations.
