Ebad Visits Development Projects In City

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2016 ) : Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad Khan on Monday visited various development projects in the metropolis and inspected the Lyari Expressway as well as the Green and Orange Lines bus services.

He was accompanied by the Deputy Mayor of Karachi, Arshad Vohra, and other officials. The Governor also inspected the pace of work at the north-bound track of the Lyari Expressway. He said that after restoration of law and order in the metropolis, the focus was on development projects so as to provide facilities to the people.

Ebad was of the view that all the public welfare projects would be completed on time. Work was being carried out on the mega projects at a faster pace. He also declared that the operation against criminals would continue without any discrimination till its logical end.

Governor said that completion of the second track of the Lyari Expressway would help improve the flow of traffic. At a briefing, the Governor was informed that the north-bound track of Lyari Expressway would be completed in March next year and would be opened for traffic.
