12 Judicial Officers Transferred

12 judicial officers transferred

LAHORE(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2016 ) : The Lahore High Court (LHC) Monday issued transfer and posting orders of 12 judicial officers. The transferred include two district & sessions judges (D&SJs), two additional district & sessions judges (AD&SJs) and eight civil judges.

According to LHC notification, D&SJ/Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court Gujranwala Raja Ikhlaq Hussain was transferred and posted as judge Accountability Court-III Rawalpindi, while D&SJ Mushtaq Elahi had been posted as special judge Anti-Corruption Court, Gujranwala.

AD&SJs transferred include Muhammad Moin Khokhar from Chakwal to Ferozewala and Muhammad-ul-Hassan Bhatti from Ferozewala to Chakwal. The civil judges who were transferred include: Javaria Muneer from Lahore to Hafizabad, Hafiz Muhammad Tufail from Dera Ghazi Khan to Lahore, Shahbaz Hassan from Lahore to Depalpur, Muhammad Asif from Liaqatpur to Lahore, Hafiz Muhammad Farooq from Lahore to Depalpur, Mujtaba-ul-Hassan from Gujranwala to Lahore, Irfan Mehmood from layyah to Dera Ghazi Khan, Muhammad Amin from Khanpur to Liaqatpur.
