Dengue Patients Decrease In City

RAWALPINDI (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2016 ) : Dengue fever cases have registered a sharp decrease in the city as weather is changing, said Executive District Officer (EDO) Health Dr Arshad Ali Sabir here Monday.
The EDO said during the last week daily 14 to 15 patients were brought to allied hospitals, while in October the number was 20 to 25, and earlier the number of daily patients was 35 to 40.
He expressed the hope that in the coming days, dengue fever patients would witness a sharp decline as weather is getting colder.
He advised the residents to be extra careful during wee hours and evening as it is suitable time for mosquito bite. APP/tah/azm
