According to media reports, the prime minister will address the reservations of his coalition partners in the meeting.
Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chauhdry Shujaat Hussain will also call on the prime minister.
The meeting will consider giving PML-Q a Federal ministry besides the chairmanship of a committee.
The PML-Q will raise the matter of empowering its ministers in the centre and province.
Those meeting Prime Minister Imran Khan will include Minister for Housing Tariq Bashir Cheema, Chaudhry Monas Elahi, Chaudhry Salik Hussain and Chaudhry Hussain Elahi.
Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Political Affairs Naeemul Haque had recently called on Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain.
The prime minister will also meet members of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) and Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) in various stages.
