Accused Hashim Sent On Judicial Remand In Fahad Malik Murder Case

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2016 ) : Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Monday sent an accused Hashim Khan on judicial remand in Barrister Fahad murder case. ATC Judge Syed Kausar Abbas Zaidi heard the murder case of Br.
Fahad Malik who was murdered in the jurisdiction of Police Station Shalimar.
During the proceeding, the counsel for the plaintiff requested the court to hand over the vehicle of deceased Fahad Malik on 'superdari', which was accepted by the court.
The police also submitted the challan of the case with the ATC court. The court granted a ten-days judicial remand of Hashim Khan allegedly involved in the murder case. It may be mentioned here that the three main accused in murder case including Hashim Khan, Noman Khokhar and Raja Arshad would be produced before the court on November 17 again.
