Reg Dickson says he is happy with arrangements. Team to submit report with ICC
KARACHI- (Pakistan Point News – 9th March 2019) ICC Security Consultant Reg Dickson along with other members of the international body visited the National Cricket Stadium and expressed satisfaction over the security arrangement.
The team is in Pakistan to check the security preparations in the country for the revival of international cricket. The team will prepare its report and submit it with the International Cricket Council.
The ICC, according to the officials of the Pakistan Cricket board, has hired the team of private security firm for the purpose.
Talking to a local tv, Reg Dickson said he was quite happy over the security arrangement. He said he will submit the comprehensive report on overall arrangements with the ICC.
It is not the first time that the ICC security team is visiting the country on PSL seasons. The team had also arrived in Lahore and Karachi during second and thirds seasons but they had not fully cleared the country for the revival of the international cricket.
Local TV, however, reported that the security consultant for the ICC has shown satisfaction over the security arrangements for PSL-4.
Meanwhile, law and enforcement agencies have made strict security arrangements for the first match of PSL-4 season between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United.
