Senate Body Recommends All Deleted Schemes Of SWA To Include In Non-ADP

ISLAMABAD, Nov 7 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Nov, 2016 ) : Sub-Committee of the Standing Committee on States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) Monday recommended that as soon as possible FATA Secretariat should send a summery to the Governor of KPK to include all approved or un-approved development deleted schemes of South Waziristan Agency (SWA) in the Non Annual Development Programmes (ADP).
Sub-Committee of the Standing Committee on States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) met here at Parliament House which was Chaired by Convener Senator Muhammad Saleh Shah. Members of the committee Senator Hidayat Ullah and Senator Sajjad Hussain Turi,Tariq Hayat Secretary SAFRON, Secretary Social Welfare of FATA Secretariat and Political Agent of SWA Muhammad Zafrullah Khan and other officials were also present on the occasion.
Muhammad Saleh Shah said that already SWA facing problems in the various sector including health, education and social welfare. The Senate Committee showed concern that without any inspection various schemes were deleted while already SWA was a backward agency of the FATA region.
Secretary SAFRON Tariq Hayat pointed out that without need around 36 Primary schools were established in SWA as already under Governor Educational Schemes Model Schools were also working there. FATA Secretariat assured the Sub-Committee that all on-going schemes would be completed soon.
