ISLAMABAD (Pakistan Point News / NNI - 07th March, 2019) Pakistans peace overtures and initiatives in normalizing relations with India will bring prosperity in the entire region.Lt Gen (Retd) Raza Muhammad Khan, Defense Analyst said it is a good omen that Pakistani nation understands the value of Peace. Pakistan is peace loving country and our nation has rendered sacrificed huge sacrifices for maintenance of peace in the country.He said Pakistan is trying its best for regional peace but India will meet a befitting reply if it wont stop ceasefire violations.
Indians are being used for political gains of BJP. The masses of India should realize vote wisely in upcoming elections to uphold the secular image of the country. Indian atrocities are being exposed at global level.Dr. Zafar Nawaz Jaspal, (International Relations Expert said Indian war hysteria can lead to disrupt peace of the region. Pakistan has released Indian pilot as peace gesture and the international community also appreciated the step that will help de-escalate the situation.
Modis anti Pakistan narrative will have a set back if he shows any flexibility to lighten the situation.He said BJP is striving to retain the power in India at cost of prolonged hostility with Pakistan. India accused Pakistan for Pulwama attack without any deliberations right after thirty minutes of the incident. Although Prime Minister Imran Khan has offered full cooperation to investigate Pulwama attack but Modi rejected the offer.Brig (R) Haris Nawaz, Defense Analyst said Indian actions predict that they are not in favor of peace.
India is consistently violating LoC and that impairs regional peace and stability. India is involved in state terrorism in Occupied Kashmir. Prime Minister Imran Khan has categorically stated that Pakistan will go to any extent for regional peace and war wont favor any country but India seems not serious in this regard. Global community is appreciating and acknowledging the peace ventures by Pakistan. Modi has waged aggression against Pakistan to win upcoming elections.
Brig (R) Aftab Afzal, Defense Analyst, said India's illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir meant that the people had lost their right to self-determination whereas Azad Kashmir has its own elected President, Prime Minister and Legislative Assembly. The indigenous freedom movement in the valley got momentum in last few years that will force India to recognize their right to self-determination. Peace and stability in the region without resolving Kashmir issue is not possible.
India must realize that Pakistans armed forces are battle hardened and Ready to respond to any aggression in a befitting manner.Another Defence Analyst Brig (R) Tipu Sultan Global community is appreciating Pakistans step to release captured Indian pilot but India under Modi has made it clear that peace with Pakistan is not part of its priorities. Pakistan has emerged as a responsible nuclear state in the subcontinent. It seems that the present Indian government is following the policies of Hitler.
