Defence Minister Visits Border Village Kundanpur

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Nov, 2016 ) : Federal Minister for Defence, Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif Saturday visited Indian shelling hit border village Kundanpur. MNA Ch.
Armughan Subhani, MPAs Ch. Muhammad Ikram and Ch. Arshad Javed Warriach were also present on this occasion. On this occasion, Khawaja Muhammad Asif expressed solidarity with the affected villagers, besides, paying rich tributes to their resilience and spirits.
Khawaja Asif assured the people that the federal government would soon compensate them regarding the damages of their houses, cattle sheds, killings of their cattle due to unprovoked intensified firing by Indian Border Security Forces on Sialkot border villages.
Later talking to media, the minister said that Armed forces would defend every inch of the motherland at every cost.
He said India's real face is exposing as it is supporting terrorism in Pakistan and creating tension on borders through unprovoked firing along the Working Boundary and Line of Control.
Khawaja Muhammad Asif said that Pakistan would respond India with full force, if India continues to targe the civilian population in border villages along the Working Boundary. He said that the entire nation stands united along with the armed forces while defending the motherland.
Indian forces have committed almost 178 ceasefire violation at the LoC and the Working Boundary this year, he added. He said that India was diverting attention from its internal failures by creating tension on the borders. Defence Minister said killings of innocent people in Indian occupied Kashmir had exposed the real face of India.
