ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 5th Nov, 2016) : Meteorological Department has reported that smog is here to stay for at least a week. Winter has arrived in the north and KPK. However, there’s no sign of rain for another 10 days. Several areas around the country are engulfed in dry winter blanket. Snowfall has started in the north; while smog in east Punjab has made it difficult for the people to travel due to reduce visibility. The smog has settled over the province in the past few days, reducing visibility in a few areas to nearly zero. Apart from endangering motorists, smog is a health hazard as well.
