Summit Bank Offers Interest-free Loans To Students Of DPA Facing

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Nov, 2016 ) : The Summit Bank would offer interest-free loans to those students of Karachi University's Department of Public Administration (DPA) who are facing financial difficulties.
This was pointed out at a `Job Fair' organized at the Karachi University Campus, an official said on Friday. The Dean Faculty of Management and Administrative Sciences KU, Prof. Dr. Khalid Iraqi said that students and youth are a great asset to any nation and they are the nation builders.
He was of the view that sound education plays a vital role in individual's life and defines his role and contribution in the nation;s uplifting. Dr. Iraqi was of the view that the world has become a global village due to the phenomenon of globalization and scientific growth and development.
In this regard, job oriented curriculum and degrees have become pivotal due to the contemporary trends of the industry and the markets. The Job Fair entitled `Talent Hunt' was organized by Department of Public Administration KU.
Dr. Iraqi further added that Faculty of Management and Administrative Sciences KU, since its advent, is committed to provide job oriented and modern studies which would enable its students to play leading roles in the corporate sector.
Faculty is providing them the expertise in the fields of public administration, public policy, banking, marketing, production, publicity, sales and HR. Our distinguished students often get jobs in their final year which depicts the viability of our courses and curriculum.
Chairman Summit Bank, Ali Pasnani, said that it is vital for a successful leader to accept and appreciate positive critique. The clarity of goals and vision must be there if you want to accomplish greater goals.
He was of the view that degree provides a platform of job, after that the skills determine one's career and future. He announced to offer interest free loans to students of DPA who are facing financial crisis.
Chairman DPA Prof. Dr. Shabib-ul Hasan said that our students possess great potential and talent and if they are given proper chance, platform and the required support, they can achieve high level of brilliance in their professional careers.
