NAB authorizes inquiries against food,revenue deptts

MULTAN,, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Nov, 2016 ) : The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has authorized four different inquiries against officers and officials of the food and Revenue Departments for embezzlement and corruption in procurement of gunny bags in Multan, Khanewal, Vehari and Lodhran.

DG NAB Brig (rtd) Nasser Awan said the Food and Revenue officers and officials would not be allowed to deprive poor farmers of their rights and hard earned money. He added the NAB Multan was consistently continuing zero tolerance policy against corruption, said a hand out issued here on Friday.
