Iran Sentences Saudi Embassy Attackers To Jail: Lawyer

TEHRAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Nov, 2016 ) - Iran has sentenced protesters accused of attacking Saudi Arabia's embassy in response to the execution of a prominent cleric to up to six months in prison, their lawyer said Friday.
Some of the defendants were handed sentences of three or six months in jail for the January attack while others were acquitted, Mostafa Shabani said, quoted by the ISNA news agency.
