Aftab Qarshi In Final Of Shami T20 Veteran Cricket

LAHORE, Nov 4 (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Nov, 2016 ) : Aftab Qarshi scored a thumping eight wicket win over Ch sports and breezed into the final of Shami T20 veteran cricket cup here on Friday at Ali Ghar ground.
Batted first Ch Sports reached 178 for 7 in 20 overs with main contribution coming from Shahid Ali 54, Ch. Shafqat Hussain 42, Qazi Shafiq 29 and Amir Butt 26.
From Aftab Qarshi Javaid Malik took 2/37, Tariq Hussain grabbed 2/35 and Shahid Ali claimed 2/33.
Aftab Qarshi answered with 179/2 in 16.4 overs. Mohsin Aftab Qarshi top scored with 47 followed by Abdul Waheed 42, Sohail Idress 41 and Sohaib Faisal 29. Zulfiqar took 2/42 from the winners. Javaid Ashraf and Muhammad Kaleem were the umpires and Zahoor Alam was the scorer.
After the match Chief Guest Chief Organizer of the tournament, Muhammad Salman Khan giveaway man of the match award to Mohsin Qarshi and Sohail Idrees Jointly.
