Pirzada Directs To Improve Sports Facilities

ISLAMABAD, Nov 4 (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Nov, 2016 ) : Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada Friday paid a surprise visit to different sports facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad and gave directions to bring them at par with international standards.
Director General Pakistan Sports board Akhtar Nawaz Ganjera also accompanied the minister.
The minister expressed satisfaction at standard of work at the under construction basketball ground. He said that all the sports facilities should be maintained in a way that national or international sports activities might be arranged any time.
He said law and order had improved a lot, hoping that international sports activities would soon revive in the country. Pirzada said that the government was taking all possible measures to uplift the standard of sports in the country and spending a reasonable amount for that.
