Retired SC judges to get life time security guard at residence

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : President of Pakistan has ordered round the clock posting of a security guard at the residence of a retired judge by the police concerned for the life time.

According to Ministry of Law and Justice, the president promulgated the order to amend the Supreme Court Judges (Leave, Pension and Privileges) Order, 1997 for providing the facility. According to the order, the widow of a judge shall not be entitled to the facility.
