SOCHI (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 15th February, 2019) The Russian Railways company is considering the possibility of participation in building and modernizing railways infrastructure in Ghana, Alexander Misharin, the company's first deputy CEO, said Friday.
"[The African Export-Import Bank] has invited us as experts, operators, co-investors, including for Ghana projects... [Ghana] wants to modernize its railway network and build more of it," the official said at the Russian Investment Forum.
