15 Suspects Arrested In Separate Raids

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : The Hyderabad police have arrested 15 suspects including one in injured condition in separate raids and encounters in the limits of various police stations.
Police spokesman, Mazhar Shani informed here on Thursday that the suspect including Ahmed Nawaz Mugheri, a resident of Qambar - Shahdadkot district, was rounded up in injured condition in an encounter at Shafi Boundary link road.
The spokesman said the Tando Jam police spotted 3 suspects who were attempting a robbery. The suspects tried to escape by opening fire on the police. In the exchange of fire, a suspect namely Mugheri sustained gunshots while his 2 accomplices managed to escape, he added.
Mugheri was shifted to the Liaquat University Hospital. In a separate raid in the limits of PS Husri, police arrested 4 suspects identified as Dur Muhammad Rind, Nazeer Ahmed Khapri, Manzoor Ali Mallah and Rustam Ali Rind from Khatar link road after an exchange of fire.
Shani told that the police received information about presence of suspicious persons in the area and raided the place.
Meanwhile, the CIA police caught a Suzuki Bolan bearing a government registration number GS-1198 which was allegedly transporting banned item mainpuri.
The spokesman said 2 suspects including Amjad Bhatti and Rehan Gaddi were arrested from the vehicle but their accomplices tried to set them free by attacking the police with gunshots. However, the police fired back and the attackers, identified as Ismail Mallah, Jan Muhammad Jamru, Imran Gaddi, Nadeem Gaddi, Wajid Sehto, Bashir Gaddi and Yaseen Gaddi, escaped.
The police impounded the vehicle and was investigating the official to whom the vehicle was alloted. Meanwhile the PS Market arrested an illegal Bangladeshi migrant Muhammad Farooq who was illegally living near Station Road.
Some 8 other suspects were arrested in the limits of Husri, B-Section, Market, Hali Road and Makki Shah police stations. The police recovered illegal weapons, hashish, herion and moonshine liquor from their possession.
