AJK PM Orders Strict Implementation Of Financial Discipline In Govt

MIRPUR (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) , : Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan Thursday directed to ensure financial discipline in all government departments and restrain from unnecessary expenses to save the national resources.

While addressing the meeting of Local Government board, the prime minister said provision of good governance in AJK would be ensured. He said our government shall turn AJK into a modern welfare state.

AJK Premier said establishing a good governance in Base Camp of freedom movement is a top priority and AJ&K would be developed accordance with the vision of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

He said they will eliminate culture of exploitation in AJK and people will feel a pleasant change very soon. Raja Farooq said by activating department of Local Government, participation of people would be ensured.

"It is need of the hour to stabilize local government system at union council level,"he said. Chief Secretary Skandir Sultun Raja, Secretary Finance Muhammad Sadique, Secretary Local Government Dr.Mahmood ul Hasan and others officials also attended the meeting.
