Private Sector Key To Achieve Economic Targets: Governor

LAHORE,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : Punjab Governor Malik Muhammad Rafiq Rajwana has said the private sector of the country is a key to achieve economic targets, therefore, all possible measures are being taken to provide them a friendly business atmosphere.
He was talking to a delegation comprising LCCI Vice President Nasir Hameed Khan, former presidents Mian Anjum Nisar, Muhammad Ali Mian, Sohail Lashari, former senior vice president Irfan Iqbal Sheikh and executive committee members on Thursday.
He said the business community was the backbone of the national economy and no stone would be left unturned to resolve their issues.
On this occasion, the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and various other matters were discussed.
LCCI Vice President Nasir Hameed Khan in his remarks called for due participation of the private sector in the Advisory Committees of the government. He said it would establish close working relations between public and private sectors which would also help resolve issues in the shortest possible time.
The LCCI vice president stressed the need for making target oriented efforts to attract the much-needed foreign investment in the country.
