Action Should Be Taken Against Responsible Of Trains Accident: Ashiq

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : Parliamentary Secretary for Railways Syed Muhammad Ashiq Hussain Shah Thursday said action would be taken against the responsible of Bahauddin Zakria Express and Farid Express trains collision near Karachi.
According to early investigation of trains accident, the incident of Bahauddin Zakria Express and Farid Express occurred due to negligence of the driver and assistant driver of Bahauddin Zakria Express, he said speaking in tv programme.
He said Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique also went to Karachi and directed to Federal Government Inspector of Railways (FGIR) Mian Arshad to conduct an inquiry into the train accident.
Earlier, the Railways several authorities rushed on the spot to further gear up rescue work. Ashiq Shah expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and injured in a tragic incident.
One locomotive was badly damaged in the incidents, he informed. Replying to a question, he said there was big improvement in locomotives, track signals and others during the PML-N government as compared to past.
