Police arrest 3 drug peddlers, 5500 gram Charas recovered

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : Police of Shaheed Benazirabad Thursday launched a massive drive against the drug peddlers throughout the district and apprehended three drug peddlers while recovering 5500 grams of Charas from their custody.

Daulatpur police during routine operation seized 1100 grams of Charas and arrested an accused namely Abdul Haque Chandio. Police of Punhal Khan Chandio police station in a raid on link road recovered 3000 grams of Charas and arrested drug peddler Imran Ali Shaikh.

The Taluka Police Station during routine patrolling also recovered 1100 grams of Charas and arrested accused Ali Hassan Machhi. The Police have registered cases and started investigation.
