Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet on Tuesday with participants of the intra-Palestinian meeting in Moscow
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th February, 2019) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet on Tuesday with participants of the intra-Palestinian meeting in Moscow.
The meeting kicked off on Monday and will last until Wednesday. The summit, which involves representatives of 10 Palestinian movements, is being held at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian academy of Sciences in Moscow.
The meeting seeks to reach unity within the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), which has been split since 2007 conflict between the Fatah party and the Hamas Islamist movement.
