MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th February, 2019) Net capital outflow from Russia in January 2019 grew 46 percent year on year to $10.4 billion, according to Central Bank of Russia (CBR) preliminary data.The CBR reported a year ago that net capital outflow from the country in January 2018 amounted to $7.1 billion.
