Prisoners Including TeH Leader On Hunger Strike In Baramulla Jail

ISLAMABAD, Nov 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : The prisoners lodged in Baramulla district jail have started hunger strike to protest against the highhandedness of the prison authorities.
Eighteen inmates were injured, the other day, after Indian police used brute force on the detainees when they were protesting in the jail against the non-provision of medical care to them, KMS reported.
Presently, all the jail inmates are observing hunger strike. They are demanding impartial probe into the highhandedness of the jail officials. "On Wednesday, no newspapers were provided to jail inmates. In bark number 7, senior leader of Tehreek-e-Hurriyet leader, Master Ghulam Mustafa (75), is also on hunger strike," reports said.
