MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th February, 2019) The Taliban has proposed modifying the Afghan constitution, so that it better reflects Islamic principles, a spokesman for the movement's political office in Qatar said Wednesday."We agreed that in principle, that there should be Islamic [government] and the basis is Islamic rules. In Afghanistan more than 90 percent of people they are Muslims ... We say that some of the articles we will see it in the light of the Islamic rules, some of the articles will remain," Suhail Shaheen told reporters at the intra-Afghan talks in Moscow.
