This shifting from place to place is not good, the former premiere said
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 6th February, 2019) Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has refused to shift to Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC).
According to media reports, Nawaz Sharif said that he wants to go back to Kot Lakhpat Jail.
He said, “Three medical boards have already examined me. I have gone to PIC before and then I was brought to Services Hospital.”
This shifting from place to place is not good, the former premiere said.
He said that he has packed his bag, he should be sent back to jail.
Nawaz Sharif was shifted to Services Hospital despite it not having a cardiac ward.
Expressing reservations over the hospital, Nawaz Sharif had earlier said he is getting nothing but mental torture here. Therefore, he should be shifted back to jail.
Nawaz Sharif was shifted to Services Hospital on Saturday after the Interior Department Punjab allowed his medical treatment.
Several medical tests were conducted on former prime minister Nawaz Sharif at Services Hospital, Lahore on Sunday.
Multiple tests, including blood test and urine test were conducted at the hospital. The reports of the tests were later examined by a medical board.
The medical reports had revealed of a kidney stone and shrinking of cardiac veins.
A request to conduct cardiac examination of the former prime minister was then sent to the PIC.
