FBR, FIA Submit Reply In SC Regarding Panama Papers Case

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Nov, 2016 ) : The Federal board of Revenue (FBR) and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Wednesday submitted their replies in the Supreme Court regarding the Panama papers case.
According to FBR reply, the Bureau had issued notices to 336 people and companies, 113 of them submitted their replies and 203 did not.
The FIA, in its reply, stated that it did not receive any application regarding investigation into the Panama Papers. Moreover, investigation into the Panama Papers was beyond its jurisdiction.
