Int'l Day To End Impunity For Crimes Against Journalists Observed

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Nov, 2016 ) : Karachi Union of Journalists (KUJ) on Wednesday observed the international day to end impunity for crimes against journalists by demanding their protection and safety in performance of their professional obligations.
Journalist leaders G.M Jamali, Hassan Abbas and others, speaking on the occasion out side Karachi Press Club said that many journalists had lost their lives in the line of duty. They demanded of the government protection and safety of journalists especially for those who were performing their duties in dangerous zones.
