DHA Accords High Priority To Promotion Of Quality Education

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Nov, 2016 ) : The establishment of DHA Suffa University (DSU) of Engineering and Management Sciences is a dynamic initiative taken by DHA in the field of higher education in the country.

The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA) was aware of its corporate responsibilities and accorded the highest priority to promotion of quality education at all levels, an official of the institution said in a statement here on Wednesday.

He said that DSU was established at its purpose-built campus in the secure and peaceful location of DHA Phase-VII (Extension). In a short span of time, DHA Suffa University has become Pakistan's fastest growing university which is running world class higher education programs in the disciplines of engineering, computer and management sciences at undergraduate, master's and PhD levels, the press statement said.

It said that the university aspires to produce world class engineers, computer scientists, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders offering a diverse yet progressive learning environment to its students.

DSU's growing reputation for innovative teaching, modern IT infrastructure, strong industrial linkages and highly effective collaboration with foreign universities gives it a unique status of significance.
